HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court on felony charges:

Merrill

Curtis Warren Merrill, of 1650 Dyson St., Muskegon; Michigan State Police (MSP); second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Probable cause hearing: May 23 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Dustin Lee Carlson, of 5737 W. 2nd St., Mears; OCSO; larceny in a building. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Trad Paul Sheafor, 2928 E. Madison St., Hart; MSP; malicious destruction of trees/crops/grass/turf over $1,000 and a misdemeanor

Sierra Nicole Richter, of 8591 S. Robinhood Dr., Rothbury; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); perjury and lying to a police officer. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Casey Jesus Melchor, 3990 W. Baker Rd., Shelby; MSP; larceny $1,000-$20,000. Probable cause hearing: May 9 at 3
