78th District Court sentencings, Nov. 4, 2021.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

  • Ronald Bielski, 74, of 735 Mariwood Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty Nov. 1 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $1,205 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
  • Zachary Adam Ohrling, 30, of 120 Munn St., Hesperia, was found guilty Feb. 23 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and received an amended sentence Nov. 2 of one year suspended jail. Conviction reportable to SOS. 
  • Ciara Danielle Loew, 20, of 4342 Indian Spring Dr., SW, Grandville, was found guilty Nov. 1 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $1,190 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Amy Lynn Lambert, 50, of 8087 S. Johnson Rd., Branch, was found guilty Oct. 18 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served and $450 in fines and costs.
  • Hunter Douglas Platte, 19, of 3895 Bursley Hwy., Charlotte, Michigan, was found guilty Oct. 20 of operating an ORV on a right-of-way and was sentenced to $375 in fines and costs.
  • Max Allen Johnson, 75, of 4868 W. Polk Rd., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 19 of illegal disposal of solid waste and was sentenced to 180 days suspended jail and $350 in fines and costs.
  • Brent Richard Norberg, 50, of 4445 S. Maple Island Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty Oct. 19 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail and $400 in fines and costs. Charges of improper license and improper license plate were dismissed.
  • David Lee Parm, 48, of 455 Macomb Ave., NW, Grand Rapids, was found guilty Oct. 15 of operating an ORV on a right-of-way and was sentenced to $375 in fines and costs.
  • Tyler Patrick Bartowiak, 27, of 2703 Kibby Rd., Jackson, Michigan, was found guilty Oct. 6 of operating an ORV while license suspended and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs.
  • Bruce Allen Leiter, 35, of 260 Sessions Rd., Shelby, was found guilty Nov. 1 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served and $450 in fines and costs. Charges of operating without insurance, improper license and operating an unregistered vehicle were dismissed.
  • David Shawn Heikes, 51, of 427 Nicholas Dr., SW, Corydon, Indiana, was found guilty Nov. 3 of operating an ORV on a public road and was sentenced to $375 in fines and costs.
  • Breanna Marie Heiss, 40, of 251 W. Main St., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 6 of violating a noise ordinance and was sentenced to $175 in fines and costs.
  • Robb J. Brown, 52, of 1393 Ives Rd., Mason, Michigan, was found guilty Oct. 13 of operating an ORV on a right-of-way and was sentenced to $375 in fines and costs.
  • Andrew G. Deveau, 65, of 4473 Ashford Dr., NE, Grand Rapids, was found guilty Oct. 13 of operating an ORV on a right-of-way and was sentenced to a $75 fine.
  • Trenton Wayne Risner, 28, of 3699 W. Cloverdale Rd., Delton, Michigan, was found guilty Oct. 13 of operating an ORV on a right-of-way and was sentenced to $250 in fines and costs.
  • Pasqualianna Marie Delia, 29, of 2701 Crystal Lake Rd., Whitehall, was found guilty Oct. 22 of DWLS and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Ryan Michaal Welch, 19, of 1540 W. Winston Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty Sept. 27 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to $450 in fines and costs. One count of failure to report an accident was dismissed.
  • Jose Lopez, 25, of 1908 N. 48th Ave., Mears, was found guilty Oct. 21 of improper license and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Alejandro Joseph Salazar, 37, of 3511 N. Ridge Rd., Mears, pleaded “no contest” Oct. 12 to domestic violence and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for 56 days served and $150 in fines and costs.
  • Debra Darlene Bain, 59, of 3464 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 18 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served ; outpatient treatment; and $1,240 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • John Mark McGhan, 67, of 943 W. Polk Rd., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 18 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Kayley Jean Baxter, 24, of 2289 Loop Rd., Shelby, was found guilty Oct. 18 of failure to report an accident and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $375 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
