27th Circuit Court sentencings, Sept. 21, 2021.

HART — The following were sentenced by Judge Robert D. Springstead Monday, Sept. 20, in 27th Circuit Court:

Moreno-Gomez

– Emilto Moreno-Gomez, 43, of 2235 N. 56th Ave., Mears, was found guilty June 14 of a high-court misdemeanor of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) and was sentenced to serve six months in jail beginning Nov. 10 with credit for three days served; five years probation; and $458 in fines and costs. Sex offender registration is completed, according to court records. Three felony counts of third-degree CSC were dismissed.

Burns

– Thomas Edward Burns, 27, of 3310 E. Skeels Rd., Twin Lake, was found guilty June 14 of a felony of breaking and entering a building with intent and was sentenced to serve 10 months in jail with credit for 188 days served and $198 in fines and costs. One felony of receiving and concealing stolen property was dismissed.

– Cameron Michael Scheck, 29, of 1236 Alpine Ave., Grand Rapids, was found guilty July 12 of a felony of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced to 33 days in jail with credit for 33 days served and $458 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State

– David Lee Bradley, 67, of 3578 S. 104th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty by a jury June 17 of a high-court misdemeanor of fourth-degree CSC and was sentenced to six months in jail with credit for two days served; five years probation; and $658 in fines and costs.

– Richard Lee Renwick, Jr., 69, of 1340 Scottville Rd., Scottville, was found guilty Monday, Sept. 20, of probation violation and was sentenced to 15 days in

Bradley

jail and previously-ordered probation will be continued. Probation stems from an Aug. 10, 2020 conviction of controlled substance possession 25-50 grams.
