HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

Erickson

– Nicholas John Erickson, 42, of 69 S. 56th Ave., Mears, pleaded “no contest” Aug. 24 to assault with a dangerous weapon and was sentenced Oct. 19 to one year in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; no contact with victims; and $398 in fines and costs. One count of assault with intent to commit harm less than murder was dismissed.

– Richard Lee Renwick, Jr., 68, of 1340 Scottville Rd., Scottville, was found guilty Aug. 24 of controlled substance possession 25-50 grams and was sentenced Oct. 19 to serve 45 days in jail with credit for one day served; 18 months probation; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $398 in fines and costs. “Defendant is granted a delay of imposition of his 45 days in jail during his term of probation,” his court file states. “For the first six months of probation, defendant shall be placed on electronic monitoring whereby he can only leave his house for medical appointments or with prior approval from the probation department.” (Mugshot unavailable.)

– Ronald Lee Robbins, Jr., 58, of 3429 72nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 24 of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and

was sentenced Oct. 19 to five months in jail with credit for two days served; 18 months probation; and $100 in fines and costs. A second count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and two counts of assault and battery were dismissed.

– Daniel Richard Bryant, 27, of 8490 10 Mile Rd., Rockford, Michigan, was found guilty Aug. 24 of dangerous weapons and was sentenced Oct. 19 to

four days in jail with credit for four days served; two years probation; and $398 in fines and costs. The Oceana County Sheriff’s Office will seize the metallic knuckles, his court file states.

– Katie Amber Keller, 34, of 208 Wigton St., Hart, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Oct. 19 to 180 days in jail with

credit for 58 days served and $258 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a Jan. 27, 2020 conviction of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, is revoked.

– Joshua Steven Brock, 31, of 5551 S. Shore Dr., Whitehall, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Oct. 19 to 445 days in jail with credit for 445 days served and $398 in fines and costs. “Probation

shall be continued, and defendant must attend and successfully complete inpatient treatment with K-Pep.” Probation stems from a Dec. 17, 2018 conviction of assault with a dangerous weapon.

– Adam Blake Riddell, 30, of 103 Wood St., Hart, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Sept. 14

to one year in jail with credit for 41 days served and $116 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from Oct. 28, 2019 conviction of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine, is revoked.

Dismissal

– Frederick Lee Abbatoy, Jr., 35, of 20 E. Mechanic St., Hart, one count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer was dismissed Sept. 17.
