New Era police seeking theft suspect.

NEW ERA – The New Era Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying a man who allegedly stole a Firman generator valued at approximately $600 and a box of Midwest Fasteners-brand screws from Veltman Hardware Store Tuesday, Oct. 8, shortly after noon.

The suspect is pictured in the above surveillance video screenshot.

If anyone has information about the suspect, they are asked to call Officer Mike Grillo at (616) 638-6432 or call the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office at (231) 873-2121.
