– 7:34 p.m., (HPD), harassment/disorderly conduct, East Main and State streets, City of Hart.

Friday, Aug. 2, 2019:

– 3:12 a.m., (HPD), motorist assist, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of – Hart.

– 2:45 p.m., (HPD), found property, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 3:48 p.m., (HPD), warrant arrest, 800 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart. A 43-year-old Rothbury man was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail on an outstanding warrant out of Muskegon County.

– 5:41 p.m., (HPD), parole violation, Oceana County Probation and Parole Office, City of Hart. A 26-year-old Hart man was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
