HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

Hannah Elizabeth Osbeck, 29, of 502 Melendy St., Ludington, was found guilty July 1 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; outpatient treatment; and $615 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

Shane Robert Russell, 35, of 544 S. 48th Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Sept. 10, 2018 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced July 1, 2019 to six months probation; outpatient treatment; and $200 in fines and costs. Court imposed balance of jail time; waived balance of fines and costs; and probation is terminated. Jail time to run concurrently with 2017 and 2018 cases. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Stanley Roy Szczesniak, 60, of 41922 Tamara St., Novi, was found guilty June 28 of unlawful license plates and was sentenced to $215 in fines and costs.

Ruben Dario Perez, 19, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty June 27 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to $125 in fines and costs.

Juana Baxcajay-Gonzalez, 45, of 3601 N. 48th Ave., Mears, was found guilty June 27 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Daniel Caleb Walton, 29, of 9557 S. 116th Ave., Rothbury, was found guilty June 27 of operating without a license and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Ramon Fekken, 27, of of 1969 Ray Ave., New Era, was found guilty June 27 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Tyler Donald Bender, 34, of 5921 W. Baseline Rd., Mears, was found guilty June 27 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to one day suspended jail with credit for one day served; 90 days discretionary jail; and a $75 fine. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.

Willard Benton Dold, 20, of 1959 N. Young Rd., Hart, was found guilty June 27 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for one day served; 90 days discretionary jail; and $290 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.

Joseph Michael White, 30, of 2409 Beech St., Twin Lake, was found guilty June 27 of DWLS and was sentenced to $490 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Jason Noel White, 33, of 2451 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty July 1 of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) and was sentenced to 180 days suspended jail with credit for two days served; six months probation; outpatient treatment; and $1,765 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Neil Joseph Allen, 33, of 7960 S. Michigan Ave., Rothbury, was found guilty June 26 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $290 in fines and costs.

Ryan William Shepler, 30, of 9210 N. 72nd Ave., Pentwater, was found guilty July 1 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $300 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license suspended was dismissed.

Angela Mae Acre, 26, of 3134 Skeels Rd., Montague, was found guilty July 2 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail and $410 in fines and costs. One count of operating an unregistered vehicle was dismissed.

Julio Rocha, 33, of 772 N. 64th Ave., Mears, was found guilty July 2 of third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail and $580 in fines, costs and restitution.

Michael Ray Morris, 29, of 1107 E. Sandcreek Trail, Rothbury, was found guilty July 2 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for 90 days served. Charged of second-offense DWLS and unlawful plates were dismissed.

Benjamin Allen Fialek, 44, of 6890 Hoppman St., Holton, was found guilty July 1 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,240 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of failure to stop at a personal injury accident was dismissed.

Erik Abit Valenzuela-Flores, 33, of 2896 W. Arthur Rd., New Era, was found guilty July 2 of failure to transfer plates and was sentenced to $140 in fines and costs. He was also found guilty of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Austin Matthew Bechtel, 25, of 311 E. Main St., Hart, was found guilty July 2 of fishing without a license and was sentenced to $325 in fines and costs and fishing privileges suspended for one year.

Dismissals

Andrew John Pierson, 31, of 18219 Country Lane, Spring Lake, one count of ORV – open intoxicants was dismissed July 1.

John Henry Smith, Jr., (age not listed) 1118 S. Parmington Ave., Hart, one count of inoperable vehicle was dismissed June 27.

David Perze, (age and address not listed), one count of truancy was dismissed June 27.

Jose Manual Rodriguez, (age and address not listed), one count of truancy was dismissed June 27.

Jaime Perez-Valencia, (age and address not listed), one count of truancy was dismissed June 27.

Angelica Rodriguez, (age and address not listed), one count of truancy was dismissed June 27.

Donovan William DeCair, (age and address not listed), one count of disorderly person was dismissed June 27.

Paul Loren Devries, (age and address not listed), one count of failure to prevent spread of fire was dismissed June 25.

Tabitha Lindsey Schmitt, (age and address not listed), one count of operating without a license was dismissed June 27.
