HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Gustavo Guadarrama-Gonzalez, 25, of 103 White St., Shelby, was found guilty June 26 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Janette Marie McGlinsey, 48, of 830 Arbor Creek Dr., Holland, was found guilty June 3 of operating while impaired and was sentenced June 24 to 93 days in jail suspended; outpatient treatment; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Travis Patrick Richards, 24, of 7070 Ketchel Dr., NE, Comstock Park, was found guilty June 20 of improper plates and was sentenced to $215 in fines and costs. Must contact the prosecutor in six months to request a dismissal. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.

– Haley Marie Griffus, 18, of 110 Thornwild Dr., Scottville, was found guilty June 24 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $340 in fines and costs.

– Jeffrey Allen Kaiser, 56, of 5086 Wayne Rd., Pentwater, was found guilty June 24 of improper plates and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $275 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.

– Brett Austin Fath, 24, of 12650 Gary Rd., Chesaning, was found guilty June 20 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $290 in fines and costs. One count of open intoxicants was dismissed.

– Dillon Alan Hodges, 23, of 8531 S. Reed Rd., Durand, was found guilty June 20 of improper plates and was sentenced to to $215 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.

– Steven Scott Senglaub, 66, of Boyne City, was found guilty June 20 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $290 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.

– Joshua Martin Phillips, 35, of 5711 S. Sagola Trail, New Era, was found guilty June 24 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $350 in fines and costs. Charges of operating without insurance and improper license were dismissed.

– Aaron Wayne Rumsey, 30, of 7969 E. Grant Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty June 19 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to $540 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Rumsey was also found guilty of allowing a person to drive in violation in a separate case and sentenced to $485 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.

– Leonard Anthony Amador, 32, of 6161 E. Filmore Rd., Walkerville, was found guilty June 19 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $290 in fines and costs. Charges of improper license, no insurance and operating an unregistered vehicle were dismissed.

– Ignacio Brito-Bahena, 48, of 40 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was found guilty June 20 of improper license and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Deanna Marie Gonzalez, 32, of 93 Sessions Rd., Shelby, was found guilty June 20 of dog running at large and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $155 in fines and costs.

– Raymond Terry Boom, 73, of 3185 N. Lakeshore Dr., Mears, was found guilty June 18 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,090 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Lesley Kay Felt, 50, of 3111 E. Baseline Rd., Shelby, was found guilty June 18 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail; AHSE; and $1,090 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Douglas Gordon LeClair, 64, of 3416 W. Hansen Rd., Ludington, was found guilty June 18 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail and $410 in fines and costs. One count of improper plates was dismissed.

– Jason Lee Spears, 25, of 1158 E. Kokx Rd., Hart, was found guilty June 17 of trespassing and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days served. Fines and costs are waived. Defendant has been incarcerated since March 19. He can be released if there are no other holds. One count of larceny less than $200 was dismissed.

– Jesse Edward Ingalls-Johnson, 26, of 3361 Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty June 17 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail and $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of DWLS dismissed.

– Ricki Ranee Loss, 29, of 7140 S. Westshore Dr., Rothbury, was found guilty June 17 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $465 in fines and costs. One count of harboring misdemeanants was dismissed.

– Justin Ruben Jobbins, 33, of 554 N. Morris St., Pentwater, was found guilty June 17 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail and $450 in fines and costs. Another count of operating without security in a separate case was dismissed.

– Delvin Darion Diggs, 22, of 2412 Superior St., Muskegon, was found guilty June 17 of narcotic/cocaine use and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 90 days served; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and a $75 fine. Defendant will serve one year in jail for for failure to pay on time as part of a conditional sentence, his court file states. Prior to enforcement of jail time for failing to pay, the court must determine the defendant’s ability to pay. If no other holds, defendant can be released. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of narcotic/cocaine delivery less than 50 grams; driving while license not valid; DWLS; and marijuana possession were dismissed.

– Claud Ray Beck, Jr., 32, of 849 Commonwealth St., Saginaw, was found guilty June 17 of fishing without a license. The sentence is delayed until Aug. 8. If no other problems, the case may be dismissed per plea agreement after 60 days.

– Daniel Patrick Hartman, 25, of 627 Rensselear St., Griffith, Indiana, was found guilty June 13 of DWLS and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Milton Shell, 61, of 961 N. Hadley Rd., Ortonville, was found guilty June 13 of unlawful plates and was sentenced to $215 in fines and costs.

– Gerardo Guadarrama-Gonzalez, 31, of 221 Cherry St., Shelby, was found guilty June 13 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
