Drunk driving convictions top 78th District Court sentencings.

HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

Danny William Jones, 58, of 3527 W. Webster Rd., Montague, was found guilty April 22 of second-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for one day served; six months probation; mental health treatment; and $1,830 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

Adam James Hulbert, 34, of 1665 Anchor Ct., Whitehall, was found guilty April 23 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $975 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

Allen Michael Siettas, 29, of 1990 Dunwoodie St., Ortonville, Michigan, was found guilty April 2 of two counts of assault and battery and was sentenced to $2,167 in restitution; six months probation; and $1,175 in fines and costs.

Geneva Mae Shively, 37, of 6989 S. Maple Island Rd., Fremont, was found guilty April 22 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; AHSE; and $1,140 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

Matthew Alan Kolb, 41, of 511 E. Tyler Rd., Hart, was found guilty April 22 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; outpatient treatment; and $1,079 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) was dismissed.

Gwen Sue Blanchette, 42, of 380 N. Brucker Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty April 18 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to $445 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

James Brian Tatro, Jr., 25, of 5315 S. 148th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty April 18 of driving an unregistered vehicle and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $215 in fines and costs.

Jonathan Edward Tatro, 18, of 8930 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty April 18 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Katrina Lynn Varenhorst, 32, of 5826 W. 8th St., Mears, was found guilty April 18 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

George Allen VanderLeest, 60, of 6570 E. M 20, Hesperia, was found guilty April 18 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $290 in fines and costs.

Damien Scott Davis, 24, of 8559 S. Maple Island Rd., Fremont, was found guilty April 18 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $290 in fines and costs.

Dakota Daniel-Keith Ottgen, 23, of 1242 W. Hazel Rd., Hart, was found guilty April 18 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $290 in fines and costs.

Shiloh Charity Grenier, 42, of 6808 Skeels Rd., Holton, was found guilty April 18 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $290 in fines and costs.

Richard Joseph Pierce, 39, of 14 S. Hart St., Hart, was found guilty April 18 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $290 in fines and costs.

Rudy Coronado, 37, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty April 18 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $290 in fines and costs.

Holly Marie Revilla, 35, of 3781 N. Oceana Dr., Hart, was found guilty April 18 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $290 in fines and costs.
