HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Richard Marc Jobbins, 41, of 10771 Parkwood Dr., Montague, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated (OWI). Preliminary exam: May 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Larry James Adams, 56, of 2945 S. Granstyn Trail, Branch, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of methamphetamine possesion. Preliminary exam: April 29 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Jerry Lee Brown, 53, of 137 W. Wilke Rd., Rothbury, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of third-offense OWI. Preliminary exam: April 29 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Steve N. Aslakson, 65, of 3473 W M 20, New Era; OCSO[ second-offense OWI. Pretrial: May 2 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Ronald Sylvester-Cleatus Monroe, 19, of 4164 120th Ave., Hart; MSP; abandoning/cruelty to 2-3 animals. Pretrial: May 2 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
