HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Dealmonte
– Ciro Dealmonte, 34, of 331 W. 6th St., Shelby, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – victim under 13 years old. Preliminary exam: Jan. 22 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.
– Victor Ivan Rodriguez, 32, of 3479 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office

(OCSO) on felony charges of tampering with an electronic monitoring device (tether) and larceny – $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary exam: Jan. 28 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.
– Norman Lee Winskas, 33, of 1666 Bush Rd., Muskegon, was arrested by

the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy. The case has been bound over to 27th Circuit Court for a pretrial Feb. 4 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Steven Thomas Pennell, 34, of 1865 Shaw Rd., Bailey, Michigan; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Jan. 31 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Shelli Ann Pfenning, 40, of 3911 Hazelwood, Muskegon; OCSO; pleaded guilty to operating while impaired. Charges of operating while intoxicated and operating without insurance were dismissed Sentencing: Jan. 22 at 2:30 p.m.
– Linda Chaffin, 66, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby; OCSO; truancy. Pretrial: Jan. 17 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.
– Amanda Lee Zoulek, 31, of 5923 Stony Lake Rd., New Era; Michigan State Police (MSP); Pretrial: Jan. 24 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Robert Allen King, 27, of 3752 W. VanBuren Rd., Hart; MSP; operating without a license. Pretrial: Jan. 17 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.
– Douglas Allen Stevens, 63, of 3016 Fenner Rd., North Muskegon; OCSO; failure to report a property damage accident. Pretrial: Jan. 17 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Obed Isaias Gaytan, 30, of 305 N. Maple St., Shelby; SPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 17 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Marcos Garduno Nava, 40, of 8840 Garfield Rd., Hesperia; MSP; driving while license not valid. Pretrial: Jan. 31 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
