Meth possession tops 78th District Court arraignments.

HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felony
Easton
– Joshua Daniel-Riggs Easton, 38, of 5855 W. 5th St., Mears, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Mathew Martin-Allen Stevens, 37, 2837 S. 186th Ave., Hesperia; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); domestic violence and malicious destruction of property. Pretrial: Dec. 20 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Gary Laverne Salter, 72, of 397 Skeels Rd., Montague; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Dec. 11 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Jonathon Patrick Freiberg, 23, of 122 Richards NW, Grand Rapids; HPD; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Dec. 11 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Jesus Gomez-Catalan, 24, of 360 Sunset Terrace, Shelby; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); excessive bait and hunting without a license. Pretrial: Dec. 11 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance.
– Donna Leanne Marsala, 31, of 7219 N. Macksam, Hart; OCSO; harboring misdemeanants. Pretrial: Dec. 11 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Gena Lynn Garza, 42, of 417 N. State St., Shelby; Shelby Police Department (SPD); second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Dec. 11 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
– Amanda Marie Zoulek, 31, of 5923 Stony Lake Rd., New Era; MSP; breaking and entering – illegal entry without owner’s permission and malicious destruction of a building. Pretrial: Dec. 11 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Tyler Charles Powers, 27, of 5995 N. 192nd Ave., Walkerville; OCSO; OWI. Pretrial: Dec. 20 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
