Drunk driving arrest tops HPD activity.

HART – A 43-year-old Mears man was arrested by Hart police officers for second-offense operating while intoxicated, second-offense driving while license suspended and no insurance at the intersection of State and Chataqua streets Monday, Oct. 15, at 11:18 p.m. The suspect was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
