HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Merrriman

– Christopher Lee Merriman, 39, of 4427 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for two counts of felonious assault. Preliminary conference: July 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash.

– Garth John Leslie, 31, of 288 Ferry St., Shelby, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of assault with intent to do

– Hans Edgar-Alvar Nostring, 43, of 6848 Mount Davis Rd., Meyersdale, Pennsylvania, was arrested by the

Misdemeanors

– Joseph Wayne Hawkins, 34, of 7942 W. Hazel Rd., Mears; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: July 17 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Christian Alfonso Ramirez-Barajas, 23, of 80 E. Lakewood Blvd., Holland; Hart Police Department; operating while intoxicated (OWI), operating without a license and operating without insurance. Pretrial: July 24 at 4:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Logan Grant Goldthwait, 28, of 10756 Northland Dr., Big Rapids; OCSO; assault. Pretrial: July 24 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
