HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Salinas

– Ruth Eunice Salinas, 20, of 550 Stafford Run Rd., Stafford, Texas, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felony charges of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic less than 50 grams. Preliminary conference: May 21 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Amaury Rivera, Jr., 27, of 5154 N. Wayne Rd., Pentwater, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony
