HART — The following were recently arraigned in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Marr
– Brittany Ann Marr, 19, of 4898 S. 180th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of delivery/manufacture of cocaine less than 50 grams and delivery/manufacture of ecstasy/MDMA. Preliminary conference: May 14 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.
Misdemeanors
– James Keith Payne, homeless; Shelby Police Department (SPD); third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: was May 8. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
– Shauna Lyn Gale, 36, of 4801 E. Deer Rd., Walkerville; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); truancy. Pretrial: was May 8. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Andrew Ryan Gannon, 22, of 3109 W. Tahoe Trail, New Era; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: was May 8. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Amy Marie Dodge, 30, of 1116 S. 132nd Ave., Shelby; OCSO; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: May 15 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– David Douglas Brimmer, 48, of 3123 S. 140th Ave., Shelby; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: May 15 at 4 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Katie Amber Keller, 32, of 208 Wigton St., Hart; OCSO; marijuana possession and assault and battery. Pretrial: May 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Cameron Johnson McCulley, 28, of 180 S. Hancock St., Pentwater; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: May 15 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
