Thursday, April 12, 2018:
– 12:17 a.m., noise complaint, 100 block of West Main Street, City of Hart.
– 3:18 p.m., three-vehicle crash causing injuries, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart. A 41-year-old Muskegon man was cited for failure to yield.
– 5:45 p.m., a 29-year-old Shelby man was arrested for retail fraud, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart. He was and lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 8 p.m., family trouble, 400 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.
– 8:55 p.m., reckless driver, 100 block of Apple Street, City of Hart.
Friday, April 13, 2018:
– 1:38 p.m., larceny, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart,
– 3:30 p.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, 1000 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 11:45 a.m., suspicious situation, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
– 6 p.m., civil property dispute, 600 block of Woodlawn Court, City of Hart.
– 6:05 p.m., fraud, 400 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.
– 8:30 p.m., suspicious situation, 500 block of Church Street, City of Hart.
– 9:44 p.m., a 28-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for no insurance, Polk Road and 72nd Avenue, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
– 10 p.m., wellbeing check, 200 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart.
– 10:30 p.m., a 53-year-old Hart man was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Lapeer County, 200 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
