HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
Goerbig
– Shawn Alan Goerbig, 38, of 7080 Surf Court, Rothbury, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced March 12 to serve 140 days in jail with credit for 61 days served; will be placed on curfew monitoring for 90 days following his release from jail; continue probation as previously ordered; and all previously ordered financial assessments remain due and owing. His probation stems from an April 24, 2017 conviction of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer.
Garcia
– Korbin Cruz Garcia, 23, of 4820 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced March 12 to one year in jail with credit for 278 days served; two years probation; will be placed on curfew monitoring for 120 days following his release from jail; and all financial assessments ordered are due four months from release from jail. His probation stems from a March 17, 2016 conviction of receiving and concealing stolen property $1,000-$20,000.
