HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Darling

– Danny Ray Darling, 53, of 9091 Whitbeck Rd., Montague, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for two felony counts of uttering and publishing. Preliminary exam: Jan. 29 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Darling also faces a misdemeanor count in a separate court file of larceny $200-$1,000. Pretrial: Feb. 1 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Roy James Alltop, 46, of 3745 132nd Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of breaking and entering a building with

intent. Preliminary exam: Jan. 29 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. It is alleged that Alltop broke into a garage on Clock Road in Elbridge Township last August, according to court records.

– Steven Edward Adams, 42, of 301 Michigan Ave., Shelby, was arrested by MSP for a felony of committing gross indecency between a male and female. Millard

– Deborah Jeanne Millard, 38, of 5873 Hoyt Ave., Pentwater, was arrested by the Pentwater Police Department (PPD) for a felony of $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary exam: Jan. 29 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. It is alleged that Millard embezzled from UAW Local 783, according to court records.

Misdemeanors

– Kenneth Brien Kulczyski, 42, of 572 McKinley Rd., Rothbury; MSP; larceny less then $200. Pretrial: Feb. 1 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Ana Teresa Fuentes, 53, of 395 Main St., Walkerville; MSP; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Feb. 1 at 4 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Evan Alexander Armistead, 22, of 495 N. 18th Ave., Mears; OCSO; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Feb. 13 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Mark Thomas Sturr, 59, of 1525 E. Hammett Rd., Hart; OCSO; OWI. Pretrial: Feb. 1 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Richard Fernandez, 29, of 1855 S. 44th St., Shelby; MSP; second-offense OWI. Pretrial: Jan. 23 at 4:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Holden Charr Dellar, 25, of 488 W. Muskegon Ave., Muskegon; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Feb. 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.

– Gordon Allen Reed, 41, of 44 Grant St., Shelby; Hart Police Department (HPD); OWI. Pretrial: Feb. 1 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Travis Michael Gale, 25, of 5178 W. Fox Rd., Mears; OCSO; violation of a restricted license. Pretrial: Feb. 1 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Robert Michael Feldpausch, 34, of 6817 S. Lake St., Pentwater; OCSO; improper plates. Pretrial: Feb. 1 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
