Armed robbery tops 78th District Court arraignments.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Rodriguez

– Ian Evan Rodriguez, 18, of 400 W. Laketon Ave., Muskegon, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of armed robbery, which is punishable by up to life in prison. The charge stems from the robbery last July of the New Era Wesco store. Preliminary exam: Dec. 27 at 3 p.m. Bail: $100,000/cash/surety. Rodriguez is currently incarcerated in the Muskegon Correctional Facility, serving two concurrent terms of five to 27 years for Muskegon County convictions of armed robbery, according to the Offender Tracking Information System (OTIS).

High-court misdemeanor

– Jenna Victoria Rodriguez, 22, of 115 E. 4th St., Shelby; Michigan State Police (MSP); failure to comply with sex offender registration duties. Preliminary exam: Dec. 27 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Jose Luis Garza, 31, of 5391 Brunswick, Holton; OCSO; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Depree Lenard Edwards, 30, of 3117 Temple St., Muskegon; MSP; second-offense DWLS and forgery/altered/false identification. Pretrial conference: Feb. 1 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Hillary Hall Atkinson, 31, of 3712 S. Maple Island Rd., Fremont; OCSO; driving while license not valid. Pretrial conference: Dec. 21 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Alaina Anne Venvelzen, 18, of 1635 Lexington Ave., Muskegon; MSP; marijuana possession. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
