27th Circuit Court sentencings include two prison terms.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Guiles

– James Jordan Guiles, 26, of 1916 Ray St., Muskegon, was found guilty Oct. 9 of tampering with an electronic monitoring device, tether, and was sentenced Dec. 4 to serve a minimum of one year and one day to a maximum of five years in prison with zero days jail credit and $198 in fines and costs.

– Michael Thomas Sturtevant, 45, of 7705 Riverside Lane, Hesperia, was found guilty Oct. 24 of third-offense

operating while intoxicated and probation violation and was sentenced Dec. 4 to 18 months to five years in prison with credit for 244 days served in jail and $715 in fines and costs.

– Brittany Lynn Plotts, 22, of 6790 N. Oak Ave., White Cloud, was found guilty Oct. 23 of uttering and publishing and was sentenced Dec. 4 to serve four months up front of a nine-month discretionary jail term with

credit for one day served; 18 months probation; $472.53 in restitution to Angelo & Ricardo’s restaurant; and $258 in fines and costs.

– Ericka Lee Byler, 31, of 9260 180th Ave., Holton, pleaded “no contest” Oct. 9 to accessory after the fact and was sentenced to serve six months up front of a nine-month discretionary jail term with credit for 126 days served; two

– Matthew Lawrence Krueger, 36, of 2813 N. 34th. Ave., Mears, pleaded “no contest” Oct. 9 to malicious destruction of a building $20,000 or more and was sentenced Dec. 4 to one year in jail with credit for 216 days served; must continue mental health treatment; $52,668.04 in restitution to

Serna

Orlando Acetty-Bermudez, 44, of 872 N. 88th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 9 of carrying a concealed weapon and was sentenced Dec. 4 to serve one day up front of a 90-day discretionary jail term with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $258 in fines and costs.

Ricardo Serna, 24, of 3763 S. Oceana Dr., New Era, was found guilty Oct. 9 of carrying a concealed weapon and

was sentenced Dec. 4 to serve one day up front of a one-month discretionary jail term with credit for one day served and $198 in fines and costs.

Ronald Stuart Monczunski, 27, of 3224 Foster St., Shelby, was found guilty Oct. 23 of controlled substance possession less than 25 grams and was sentenced Dec. 4 to serve 90 days up front of a nine-month discretionary jail term with credit for 77 days served; two years probation; driver’s license suspended for one year with a restricted license after 30 days; and $258 in fines and costs.
