Breaking and entering tops arraignments.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Collins
– Blair Rochelle Collins, 26, of 1158 E. Clock Rd., Hart, was arrested Sept. 14 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of breaking and entering with intent. Preliminary exam: Oct. 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Jennifer Sue Kruisenga, 35, of 60 N. State St., Shelby, was arrested Sept. 12 by OCSO for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a

police officer. Preliminary exam: Oct. 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Jordan Lee Hasty-Ruschkewicz, 28, of 3670 W. Polk Rd., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); breaking and entering – illegal entry. Pretrial: Oct. 3 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Mark Cassius Leyrer, 53, of 8452 Bentley Hwy., East Rapids, Michigan; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Oct. 3 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Daniel Garcia-Escobar, 24, of 9045 Highway 178, Olive Branch, Michigan; OCSO; operating while intoxicated, no operator’s license and transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: Oct. 3 at 4 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Ryan E. Kraus, 45, of 4603 N. Saint Clair St., Racine, Wisconsin; HPD; disorderly conduct – drunk. Pretrial: Oct. 3 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
