HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Henning

– Scott Warren Henning, 30, of 11580 Miller Hwy., Brooklyn, Michigan, was arrested June 3 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary conference: June 19 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent. In a separate file, Henning is charged with a misdemeanor of disorderly conduct stemming from a June 4 arrest by OCSO. Pretrial: July 11 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Claude Will Jones, 26, of 6293 W. 104th St., Fremont, was arrested

June 4 by OCSO for a felony of fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary conference: June 19 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
