HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
– Neal Ashley Hopkins, 40, of 1330 Sheron Chapel Rd., Lafayette, Indiana, was arrested March 15 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for three felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – victim under 13 years old. Preliminary
Boltze
exam: April 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety. The alleged incidents occurred during January of 2014 to January of 2017 in Pentwater Township, according to Hopkins’ court file. First-degree CSC is punishable by up to life in prison.
– Brian David Boltze, 50, of 3579 W. Webster Rd., Montague, was arrested March 17 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon. Preliminary exam: April 3 at 3 p.m. Bail:
Hughes
$50,000/cash/surety. Boltze is accused of using a pistol, March 17, in Grant Township during the alleged assault of a female victim, according to his court file.
– Brandon Michael Hughes, 45, of 5086 W. Grant Rd., Shelby, was arrested March 19 by OCSO for a felony of larceny in a building. Preliminary exam: April 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Armando Gregorio Gutierrez, 27, of 3219 W. Garfield Rd., New Era; OCSO; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: April 4 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Armando Felix, 41, of 800 S. Dryden St., Apt. C, Hart; March 5; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: March 30 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
