HART — The following were recently arraigned in 78th District Court:

Felony

– Zachary Aaron Dixon, 23, of 748 Winter St., Spring Lake, was arrested by the DNR for a felony of malicious destruction of property (MDOP) $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary conference: Nov. 21 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

High-court misdemeanors

– Jacob Thomas Steffans, 27, of 571 Spencer Rd., Mears; Michigan State Police (MSP); sex offender registration – failure to comply with reporting duties. Preliminary exam: Nov. 28 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Albert Davis, 29, of 285 Lakeview Dr., White Cloud; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) and MSP; two counts of sex offender registration – failure to comply with reporting duties (two separate arrests) and a misdemeanor of squatting.
