78th District Court arraignments include 5 SSCENT arrests.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

– Aaron Vaughn Jacobs, 30, of 7044 N. 92nd Ave., Hart, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for felonies of illegal use of a financial transaction device; stealing/retaining a financial transaction device without consent; larceny from a person; and third-offense habitual offender. Preliminary conference: Oct. 24 at 3 p.m. Bail:

– Mitchell Alan Clark, 22, of 4509 Surrey Way, Evansville, Indiana, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and delivery/manufacture of schedule 1, 2, 3 drug.
