HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

– Aaron Vaughn Jacobs, 30, of 7044 N. 92nd Ave., Hart, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for felonies of illegal use of a financial transaction device; stealing/retaining a financial transaction device without consent; larceny from a person; and third-offense habitual offender.
