Police release video, seek public’s help identifying suspect

GRANT TWP. — The Oceana County Sheriff’s Office was called to the 7600 block of South 108th Avenue Thursday, Nov. 5, just after 4:30 p.m. to investigate an incident that included trespassing, assault and malicious destruction of property.

During the investigation, police discovered that most of the incident was captured on video by the victim’s cell phone.

The sheriff’s office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the potential suspect, who is the operator of the quad seen in the center of the video.    

Anyone with information regarding the quad operator’s identity is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at (231) 873-2121.
