78th District Court arraignments

HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:
– Richard Lyle Wheaton, 22, of 11255 Heintzelman Rd., Rockford, was arrested May 23 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security. Pretrial: July 7 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Mary Beth Shaver, 46, of 206 S. 56th Ave., Mears, was arrested June 7 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: July 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Justin Everette Harmon, 22, of 206 Pine St. Shelby, was arrested June 5 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: July 7 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Wendy Marie Smith, 29, of 3827 White River Dr., Hesperia, was arrested May 24 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of failure to display a valid license. Pretrial: July 1 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Brittany Lynn Hyma, 22, of 4700 Bauer Rd., Hudsonville, was arrested May 23 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of improper plates. Pretrial: July 1 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
