HART — The following were sentenced this week in 27th Circuit Court:

Ball

– Jay Jacob Ball, 24, of 7990 E. White Rd., Holton, was found guilty April 8 of possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced May 27 to two to 10 years in a Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) prison with credit for 138 days served and $198 in fines and costs. Counts of manufacturing methamphetamine; operating/maintaining a methamphetamine laboratory within 500 feet of a residence; and felony firearm were dismissed.

contest April 2 to third-degree arson. He was sentenced May 27 to nine months discretionary jail; serve 90 days forthwith beginning June 10; credit for one day served; two years probation; $46,498.43 in restitution; and $198 in fines and costs. One count of arson – preparing to burn real property was dismissed.

– Isisoro Rosas, Jr., 22, of 3381 N. 120th Ave., Hart, pleaded no contest March 16 to second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) person under 13. He was sentenced May 27 to one year discretionary jail; serve six months forthwith; credit for one day served; five years probation; must register as a sex offender and abide by all the requirements of the Michigan Sex Offenders Registration Act; and $598 in fines and costs. Two counts of third-degree CSC person under 13 were dismissed.

He was sentenced May 27 to 11 months discretionary jail; serve 45 days forthwith; credit for two days served; two years probation; driver’s license suspended six months/restricted after 30 days; $700 restitution payable to State Sheriffs’ Chiefs’ Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT); and $598 in fines and costs. One count of controlled substance – delivery less than 50 grams was dismissed.

– Jesse Era Ingalls-Johnson, 22, of 51 S. Winter St., Hesperia, was found guilty April 13 of larceny $1,000-$20,000. He was sentenced May 27 to 11 months discretionary jail; serve 30 days forthwith on successive weekends; credit for two days served; 18 months probation; and $598 in fines and costs. One count of possession of burglar’s tools dismissed.

found guilty April 2 of attempted possession of a firearm by a felon. He was sentenced May 27 to nine months discretionary jail; credit for one day served; one year probation; and $598 in fines and costs. One count of possession of weapons/firearms and one count of hunting deer without a license were dismissed.

– Scott Anthoni Trepac, 24, of 1469 W. Winnmack Ave., Chicago, was found guilty July 28, 2014 of controlled substance use of narcotic or cocaine. He was sentenced May 27 to six months discretionary jail with the court’s right to impose over one year time period; driver’s license suspended six months and restricted after 30 days; and $750 in fines and costs. One count of controlled substance – possession 25-50 grams and one count of possession of meth were dismissed.
