Oceana meth lab suspect linked to N. Muskegon meth-lab fire

GREENWOOD TWP. — The 26-year-old Muskegon County woman who was wanted by police in connection to a meth lab bust in January in the 7900 block of White Road is also facing charges in Muskegon County for a meth-lab house fire in North Muskegon last month, according to mlive.

Magen Sue Bunting was arraigned in 78th District Court in Hart this week on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine, stated SSCENT Det./Lt Andrew Ambrose of the Michigan State Police in a press release Wednesday, March 4. She is currently lodged in the Muskegon County Jail .

The other two suspects in the Greenwood Township meth lab bust — 24-year-old Jay Jacob Ball of Hesperia and 25-year-old Samantha Jean Fitzgerald of Hesperia — are currently lodged in the Oceana County Jail. Ball’s case is headed for trial, and Fitzgerald pleaded no contest to maintaining a drug house in 27th Circuit Court, Feb. 23. Her sentencing is scheduled for April 13 at 9 a.m.
