This week’s arraignments

HART – The following were arraigned this week in front of the 78^th District Court Magistrate:

Misdemeanors

–      Wade Jeffrey Holman, 24, of 6502 W. Filmore Rd., Mears, was arrested Feb. 1 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL), second offense. Pretrial: March 3 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

–      David Allen Ripley, 37, of 4835 1^st St., New Era, was arrested Feb. 12 by the New Era Police Department for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 10 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Donald Wayne Jones II, 28, of 6539 E. Filmore Rd., Walkerville, was arrested Feb. 2 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 25 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety.

–      Nicholas Robert Towas, 27, of 11522 LaSalle Rd., Manistee, was arrested Feb. 7 by the Michigan State Police for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: March 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Randy Alan VanDerZanden, 45, of 475 E. Lever Rd., Hart, was arrested Feb. 7 by the Hart Police Department for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: March 10 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Jason David Alger, 31, of 8226 S. 80^th Ave., Montague, was arrested Jan. 31 by the Shelby Police Department for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. Pretrial: March 10 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
