Miss Ludington pageant seeking contestants

LUDINGTON — The Miss Ludington Area Scholarship Pageant is seeking contestants for the 2015 contest.

Young women in the Mason, Manistee and Oceana area have the opportunity to compete for scholarship money and the title of 2015 Miss Ludington Area. The deadline to apply is Oct. 17.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for young women in the Ludington Area to showcase their personality, talents and dreams for the future” said Kaley Petersen, Executive Director of the Miss Ludington Area Scholarship Pageant.

The competition is based on scholarship, service, style and success. The crowned 2015 Miss Ludington Area will represent the area at the Miss Michigan competition in June 2015.

Interested young women must be from Mason, Manistee or Oceana counties and be in the age group of high school senior through 24 years of age.
