Golf tourney benefits OCCOA

SHELBY — Oceana County Council On Aging’s Sixth Annual Night Golf is set for Friday, Aug. 15, at Oceana Golf Club.

All proceeds go to OCCOA. There is a 7:15 p.m. sign-in for the four-person scramble. The cost to enter is $45 per person and includes nine holes of golf, food, first glow ball, greens fees and cart. Food will be served prior to the 8:30 p.m. shotgun start.

Additional glow balls are $5 each. The fundraiser also includes prizes and a 50/50 drawing.
