OCEANA COUNTY — Incumbent Phil Morse (R) defeated Joshua Draper (R) 505-381 in the primary election Tuesday, Aug. 2, to retain his seat on the Oceana County Board of Commissioners representing District 2.

The second district includes Ferry and Shelby townships.
