HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Juan Luis Perez, of 609 Clock Rd., Hart; Michigan State Police (MSP); three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) — victim under 13 years old. Probable cause hearing: June 27 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

  • Paul Madison Phillips, of 6782 Deer Rd., Mears; OCSO; second-offense larceny less than $200. Pretrial: June 30 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. In a separate case, Phillips is charged with operating while intoxicated and DWLS. Pretrial: June 30 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

  • Claudio Sanchez, of 569 Harvey St., Shelby; Hart Police Department (HPD); operating without insurance, open intoxicants and unlawful license plate.
