Arkie Eugene Welch, Jr., of 2669 W. Webster Rd., Montague; OCSO; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: June 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Amanda Ray Tovar, of 2105 E. Union St., Shelby; OCSO; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: June 16 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Katie Mae Sibley, of 4503 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville; OCSO; malicious destruction of personal property less than $200. Pretrial: June 23 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

David Daniel Rice, of 1956 S. Dangl Rd., Muskegon; OCSO; malicious destruction of personal property less than $200. Pretrial: June 23 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Rice also faces charges of DWLS and operating without insurance stemming from an MSP arrest. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Douglas Renier, of 2157 E. Jackson, Hart; HPD; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: June 16 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety.

Nicholas Lee Samuels, of 1047 Dunbar Rd., Fountain; OCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: June 9 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Matthew Gutierrez, of 2880 W. Polk Rd., Hart; HPD; larceny less than $200. Pretrial: June 9 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Sydney Kianne Schuiteman, of 1415 Pennoyer Ave., Grand Haven; MSP; failure to report an accident. Pretrial: June 15 at 1: 45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Stephen Andrew Cowen, of 9058 Business US 31, Pentwater; MSP; disturbing the peace. Pretrial: June 2 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Gregory Joseph Fitzgerald, Jr., of 8935 W. 1 Mile Rd., Hesperia; OCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: June 16 at 11 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Melyssa-Ann Elvira Rodgers, of 9013 Wilke Rd., Fremont; OCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: June 9 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
