27th Circuit Court sentencings, Jan. 14, 2022.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court: 

Carpenter

Jessyca Lynn Carpenter, 32, of 2258 N. Lakeshore Dr., Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 20, 2021 of possession of a financial transaction device and was sentenced Jan. 10, 2022 to 43 days in jail with credit for 43 days served; one year probation; $187.41 restitution; and $490 in fines and costs.

Douglas John Dygas, 27, of 740 Baldwin St., Jenison, Michigan, was found guilty Nov. 1, 2021 of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Jan. 10, 2022 to 21 days

in jail with credit for three days served; one year probation; and $490 in fines and costs.

Isaac Robert Gill, 33, of 360 W. Main St., Walkerville, was found guilty Nov. 1, 2021 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Jan. 10,

2022 to 34 days in jail with credit for 34 days served and $490 in fines and costs.

Andrew Kurtis Johnson, 36, of 4210 N. Kiva Pl., Silver City, New Mexico, was found guilty Nov. 1, 2021 of manufacturing an imitation controlled substance and was sentenced Jan. 10, 2022 to 49 days in jail with credit  for 49 days served and $490 in fines and costs.
