HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Matthews

-Jacob Andrew Matthews, 42, of 2590 W. Monroe Rd., Hart; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 20 at 3 p.m.

-Michael James Sutton, 37, of 61 E. Church St., Twin Lake: OCSO; felony of breaking and entering with intent and a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Bail: $25,000/cash/surety. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 20 at 3 p.m.

-Roger Lee Johnson, Jr., 40, of 1048 Pineway, Ludington; OCSO; methamphetamine possession. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 20 at 3 p.m.

Johnson

-Brent Lee Saxton, 48, of 6150 W. 108th St., Fremont; OCSO; felonies of third-offense OWI and carrying a concealed weapon and misdemeanors of unlawful license plate and open intoxicants. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 27 at 3 p.m.

-Matthew Martin-Allen Stevens, 40, of 6989 S. Maple Island Rd., Fremont; OCSO; a felony of methamphetamine possession. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 27 at 3 p.m.

Saxton

Misdemeanors

– Michael Paul Cubbitt, 44, of White Cloud (no street address listed); Hesperia Police Department; OWI. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Sept. 30 at 11:30 a.m.

Stevens

– Jason Paul Ennis, 34, of 5430 E. Arthur Rd., Hesperia; OCSO; DWLS, DWLS — ORV, operating without insurance, and unlawful license plate. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Oct. 7 at 1:45 p.m.

– Martha Rochelle Edwards, 35, of 8879 20th St., Twin Lake; Shelby Police Department; controlled substance possession — LSD. Pretrial: Sept. 30 at 11 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
