Speeding car with baby on board crashes.

HART TOWNSHIP — A 19-year-old woman was transported by Life EMS to an area hospital for minor injuries after the car she was driving crashed and rolled onto its side on West Hazel Road near 100th Avenue Sunday, April 25, around 5:45 p.m., according to Lt. Shane Hasty of the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office.

The Hart Area Fire Department also responded to the scene to assist.

A 15-year-old passenger received minor injuries and sought his or her own treatment. A 9-month-old baby, who was also a passenger in the car, was uninjured, said Lt. Hasty. Speed was a factor, said Hasty, causing the driver to lose control.
