CTE Month: Agriscience pheasants project.

West Shore School News is a presentation of West Shore Educational Service District in partnership with Mason County Press and Oceana County Press.

VICTORY TOWNSHIP (Mason County) — February is CTE (career and technical education) month. MCP/OCP recently visited the agriscience class located on the campus of West Shore Community College and interviewed Hart High School students Savannah Ackley and Audrianna Enns about their pheasants project. The CTE program is administered by the West Shore Educational Service District and is funded through a special millage paid by the property owners of Mason, Oceana, and Lake counties. Students from Manistee County also attend on a tuition basis. The agriscience class is taught by Mark Willis.
