HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Jamie Carlyn Houghton, 43, of 1540 W. Winston Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty Dec. 23 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for two days served and $465 in fines and costs. One count of larceny less than $200 was dismissed.

– Claudio Sanchez, 40, of 569 S. Harvey St., Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 23 of possession of open intoxicants and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $345 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Donald Lee Woodring, 67, of 417 N. State St., Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 23 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $250 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– David Jon Feldpausch, 25, of 1535 Roseneath Ave., Lansing, was found guilty Dec. 20 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for 93 days served. Conviction reportable to SOS. Sentence runs concurrently with time served in Clinton County Jail.

– Chelsie Jo Blackney, 25, of 3750 Michillinda Rd., Whitehall, was found guilty Dec. 23 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $290 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.

– Josue Abdias Rodriguez, 18, of 907 E. Madison Rd., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 19 of failure to display a valid license and was sentenced to $125 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license not valid was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Elena Marie Rivera, 32, of 613 Griswold St., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 23 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Cristy Ann Pider, 37, of 312 Johnson St., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 23 of operating an unregistered vehicle and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for four days served and $200 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.

Dismissals

– Derek Scott Lanore, 27, of 4073 White River Rd., Hesperia, one felony count of assault with a dangerous weapon was dismissed Dec. 23.

– Adrianna Leigh Riggs, 18, of 1050 N. 144th Ave., Hart, one count of fourth-degree child abuse and was dismissed Dec. 23.

– Hector Martin Saldana, Jr., 32, of 3261 W. Winston Rd., Rothbury, one count of assault and battery was dismissed Dec. 19. “Defendant is being sentenced to prison on a felony and a parole violation that must by law be served consecutively,” his court file states.
