Polk Road tree trimming expected to be completed Tuesday afternoon.

ELBRIDGE TOWNSHIP – The Oceana County Road Commission is working to complete tree cutting/trimming on Polk Road between 136th and 144th avenues Tuesday, April 16.

The crew plans to clear the area at approximately 3 p.m., so the project doesn’t interfere with school bus traffic, according to the road commission.

The road is closed to traffic, but local residents have access to their homes. Trees are being cleared in preparation for road construction.
