The following is recent activity of the Hart Police Department:
Thursday, Jan. 31, 2019:
– 10:12 a.m., motorist assist, State Street and Oceana Drive, City of Hart.
– 3:45 p.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, Polk Road, City of Hart. A 28-year-old Mears woman was cited.
Friday, Feb. 1, 2019:
– 2:50 a.m., suspicious situation, West Main and Water streets, City of Hart.
– 9:54 a.m., traffic hazard, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
– 2:04 p.m., medical assist, 400 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart.
– 3:06 p.m., a 53-year-old Hart man was cited for operating a motor vehicle without a license, Polk Road and Industrial Park Drive, City of Hart.
– 7:17 p.m., missing person, 1000 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
– 8:59 p.m., a 34-year-old Hart woman was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license, Oceana Drive and Polk Road, City of Hart. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019:
– 9:43 a.m., medical assist, 100 block of Courtland Street, City of Hart.
– 12:23 p.m., felonious assault, 500 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
– 8:15 p.m., suspicious situation, 600 block of State Street, City of Hart.
– 11:24 p.m., a 22-year-old Hart man was arrested for probation violation, Polk Road and 72nd Avenue, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019:
– 2 a.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart. A 25-year-old Fountain woman was cited for operating without a license.
– 11 a.m., medical assist, 300 block of Peach Street, City of Hart.
– 4 p.m., wellbeing check, 100 block of Courtland Street, City of Hart.

– 11:10 a.m., a 42-year-old Hart man was arrested for probation violation, Oceana County Probation and Parole Office, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 11:38 a.m., a 36-year-old Hart man was arrested for domestic assault, 10 block of State Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
