HART — The following is recent activity of the Hart Police Department:

Thursday, June 22, 2017:

– 12:10 a.m., suspicious situation, West Main and Plum streets, City of Hart.

– 9:30 a.m., gas drive-off, 400 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.

– 9:56 a.m., hit-and-run crash, driving while license suspended (DWLS) and no insurance, 700 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 2 p.m., fraud complaint, 40 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 7:55 p.m., domestic assault, 10 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart. A 36-year-old Hart man was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Friday, June 23, 2017:

– 1:05 p.m., fraud complaint, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 2:16 p.m., threats complaint, 500 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

– 3:15 p.m., operating a vehicle without a license, 600 block of East Main Street, City of Hart. A 19-year-old Shelby woman was cited.

– 4:20 p.m., animal complaint, John Gurney Park, City of Hart.

Saturday, June 24, 2017:

– 1:15 a.m., noise complaint, 400 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.

– Noon, family trouble, 500 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

– 6:57 p.m., gas drive-off, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.

– 7:45 p.m., medical assist, 20 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.

– 9:45 p.m., suspicious situation, Union and Lincoln streets, City of Hart.

– 11 p.m., conditional bond release violation, 300 block of Hart Street, City of Hart. A 41-year-old Hart man was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 11:36 p.m., disturbance, 400 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.

Sunday, June 25, 2017:

– 2:09 a.m., disturbance, 100 block of Plum Street, City of Hart.

– 3:45 p.m., reckless driving, Oceana Drive and East Main Street, City of Hart.

Monday, June 26, 2017:

– 12:49 a.m., minor in possession of alcohol, 72nd Avenue and Harrison Road, Hart Township. An 18-year-old Hart woman was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 4:45 a.m., medical assist, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

– 8:05 a.m., larceny theft from a vehicle, Orchard Street, City of Hart.

– Noon, wellbeing check, 200 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.
