Man allegedly commits indecent exposure near library

HART — A warrant is being sought for the arrest of a 25-year-old Hart man who allegedly exposed his genital area as he stood in front of the Hart Public Library Sunday afternoon, June 7, while a woman was walking by.

“The subject was identified and later admitted to it,” said Hart Police Dan Leimback. Police officers went to the suspect’s home after receiving the complaint and interviewed him, Leimback said. A warrant request has been sent to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office. The incident was reported at 5:50 p.m.
