HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Swanderski

Gavin Joseph Krueger-Swanderski, of 6137 Wayne Rd., Pentwater; Pentwater Police Department (PPD); three counts of

Cabrero

possession of a firearm by a felon. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 9 at 3 p.m. Bail: $75,000/cash/surety.

Juan Cabrero, of 2723 Duck Lake Rd., Whitehall; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 9 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Trad Paul Sheafor, of 5825 W. 7th St., Mears; OCSO; methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 9 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Sheafor also faces a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS) stemming from Hart Police Department

Elwell

(HPD) arrest. Pretrial: Aug. 25 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety.

Sheafor

Curtis Steven Elwell, of 4510 Orshal Rd., Whitehall; Michigan State Police (MSP); carrying a concealed weapon and possession of firearms under the influence. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 9 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

William Einor-Anthony Raven, of 18100 Lake Hills Dr., Spring Lake; OCSO; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: Aug. 9 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Orlando Roberto-Antonio Torres, of 315 Courtland St., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); unlawful use of a motor vehicle. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 9 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/PR.

Torres

Miles David-Isaiah Roberts, of 184 N. Gordon Rd., Scottville; OCSO; third-offense operating while intoxicated. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 9 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

Collins

Brooke Nicole Collins, of 2299 N. 84th Ave., Hart; OCSO; controlled substance possession — narcotic or cocaine. Preliminary

exam: Aug. 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

William Jon Monroe, of 8166 E. Harrison Rd., Walkerville; OCSO; methamphetamine possession and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Aug. 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Dustin Matthew Klotz, of 2036 N. Water Rd., Hart; SPD; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 25 at 9:15 a.m. Bail:

$1,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Craig Bruce Furno, of 4146 Riverview Dr., Hesperia; OCSO; disorderly — drunk. Plea/sentencing: Sept. 6 at 1 p.m. Bail: $250/cash/surety.

Raven

Terra Leigh Cluchey, of 9267 80th Ave., Pentwater; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 1 at 10 a.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.

Bryan Paul Vandelinder, of 45982 Duke Dr., Chesterfield, Michigan; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 25 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.

Kasey Ann Eckstein, of 702 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington; OCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Sept. 1 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Lexi Jo Schultz, of 1137 S. 102nd Ave., Shelby; OCSO; embezzlement $200-$1,000. Pretrial: Aug. 11 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Darin Colt Cunningham, of 2265 S. 186th Ave., Hesperia; OCSO; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 25 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
