Marijuana stolen during break-in.

The following is recent activity of the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office:

Monday, June 13, 2022:

  • 5:30 a.m., breaking and entering, McKinley Road, Otto Township. Stolen items include: a gas Coleman lantern valued at $50; a griddle valued at $600; power tools valued at $400; a Yellowstone trail camera valued at $500; and a weighted blanket valued at $50. Front doors of two camp houses were damaged when intruders gained entry.

Tuesday, June 14, 2022:

  • 1:38 p.m., breaking and entering, 700 block of Golden Sands Drive, Golden Township. Marijuana valued at $450; an opal ring valued at $550; and prescription medication were stolen.

Friday, June 17, 2022:

  • 5:50 p.m., a 22-year-old Chesterfield, Michigan man was arrested for operating under the influence of drugs, West Fox Road, Golden Township.
  • 9:59 p.m., a 37-year-old Hart man was cited for driving while license revoked, West Polk Road near Oceana Drive, Hart Township.

Saturday, June 18, 2022:

  • 2:47 p.m., a 20-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for aggravated felonious assault and criminal sexual conduct involving a 14-year-old female victim, 8700 block of North Water Wonderland Drive, Colfax Township.

Saturday, June 18, 2022:

  • 11:56 a.m., domestic assault, 7900 block of West Lake Road, Golden Township.
  • 7:08 p.m., a gas drive-off, $46.22 in fuel was stolen, Wishing Well, North Business US 31, Pentwater Township.
  • 9:31 p.m., a 19-year-old Shelby man was arrested for domestic violence, 1900 block of South 124th Avenue, Ferry Township.
