HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Juan Luis Perez, of 609 Clock Rd., Hart; Michigan State Police (MSP); three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) — victim under 13 years old. Probable cause hearing: June 27 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
