27th Circuit Court sentencings, June 17, 2022.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Goins

Tanner Scott Goins, 22, of 4548 Comstock Ave., Hesperia, pleaded “no contest” April 18, 2022 to third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) and was sentenced June 13, 2022 to one year in jail with credit for 61 days served and $258 in fines and costs. Sex offender registration is complete, according to court records.

Beth Ann Somero, 41, of 10709 Chase Rd., Montague, was found guilty March 7, 2022 of controlled substance possession less than 25 grams and was sentenced June 13, 2022 to 90 days in jail with credit for 44 days served; 18 months probation; and $458 in fines and costs. 

Kenneth Delos-Lee Humphreys, 20, of 2250 Loop Rd., Shelby, was found guilty April 18, 2022 of analogue possession and was sentenced June 13, 2022 to 90 days in jail with credit for 90 days served; 18 months probation; and $398 in fines and costs.

Teresa Elaine Terebinski, of 95 State St., Hesperia, was found guilty Feb. 7, 2022 of methamphetamine possession and was

sentenced June 13, 2022 to 50 days in jail with credit for 50 days served; 18 months probation; and $398 in fines and costs.
