78th District Court sentencings, June 16, 2022.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

  • Jeremiah Lee Minzey, of 2951 S. 204th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty June 15 of improper possession of firearms and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs and must forfeit two shot guns.

 

  • Hollis Elvin Edwards, Jr., of 2725 E. Forrest St., Rothbury, was found guilty June 14 of operating without a license and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and $425 in fines and costs.

 

  • Cristy Ann Pider, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty June 13 of non-sufficient fund check — $100 or less and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for 41 days served and $563 in fines, costs and restitution. In a separate case, Pider was found guilty of improper license and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for 41 days served and $160 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

 

  • Isaias Rivas Martinez, Jr., of Holland, was found guilty April 25 of operating while impaired and was sentenced June 13 to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $1,105 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

 

  • Robert Bernard Moore, of 7105 S. Driftwood Dr., Rothbury, was found guilty June 13 of improper license and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $200 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of DWLS was dismissed.

 

  • Chelsie Jo Blackney, of 2494 Whitetail Dr., Rothbury, was found guilty June 9 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $50 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.

 

  • Dominic John McDonnell, of 1845 E. Isabella Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty June 7 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs.

 

  • Andrew Charles Glass, of 384 Ford St., Bitely, was found guilty June 3 of a fishing violation and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $450 in fines and costs.

 

  • Terry Scott Lebaron, of 4598 S. 198th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty June 2 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $350 in fines and costs. One count of open intoxicants was dismissed.

 

  • Todd Allen Smith, of 2132 N. 56th Ave., Mears, was found guilty of unlawful license plate and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs.

 

  • Justin Lee Hambright, of 8878 Water Wonderland Crt., Branch, was found guilty May 31 of DWLS and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for three days served and $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
